How to Request a Refund

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
3. Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Conditions

- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
- Both used and unused products are eligible under our guarantee.
- We do not require you to return the product to receive a refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement at no charge.
