Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with RINEglo. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days — Free on all orders
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — calculated at checkout
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — calculated at checkout
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@rineglo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. RINEglo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@rineglo.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
